Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

I'm just going to pop this into my journal posts as an OT but I'm open for art trades. It will be good experience, so if anyone is interested leave a note~

Yeah, I'm really getting sick and tired of them. And by "artists", I'm refering to those people who take screenshots of movies or games and upload it as "art" .

Heck even those who use DA as a freaking photobucket account really bother me, because if they're going to do that, what's the freaking point of DA being here? Doesn't it reflect badly on those of us who put a lot of work into the art we produce? Isn't it just as easy to go and open a photobucket account?

But no, they don't do that. Whether it's laziness or stupidity, I don't know or care. I've been ignoring it for the 4 years I've been around DA, but I've reached my limit. -.-

Actually, if they even had the common sense to upload that kind of thing to SCRAPS or resources or something, I wouldn't even mind so much, but I have often seen screenshots (no photomanip, not even cropped, just raw screenshots fom games) uploaded to "digital art". Sorry, but that is like a slap in the face to people who have created digital art from scratch.

Ah okay I'm done ranting. It's just so frustrating. But like I said if I see it again I'm going to give them a piece of my mind. >.<

I have literally seen a black and white photo of a dripping water faucet on here somewhere. Yes, someone thinks that is 'art'. No, that is bad plumming.

I know exactly what you are talking about and I primarily do agree. Yes, I have seen people take snaps of game art as well as screenshots and post them. Why? Why would you post official game art of Mario that you did not make? Yes, I have seen that. I have even commented on that before, saying 'You didn't make this. Why are you posting it?' And not surprisingly, I don't get answers.

I guess it is laziness and lack of creativity. As far as people using this as PhotoBucket accounts, yeah, I never understood that either. It makes a kind of sense if people are posting things like cosplay snaps, and they often do; especially is the poster made the outfits. But yeah, a lot of snaps people post are...just really, really stupid. I guess there's no reason you CAN'T post them here, but yeah given this is an art site, you have to expect more. Auy...

Just...I don't know....Try not to let it bother you so much and ignore it. I HAVE to ignore almost everything I see on here anymore or it would drive me nuts....
